Remember - we can only compile CD's using the available tracks on the Pro-Burn list. NOT from our main CDG catalogue
Once you have decided which tracks you want, simply copy & paste the tracks (with the code reference) into an Email to: sales@platterpuss.com or Fax to: 020 8569 1036 remembering to include the following items:
1. Your Name, address and daytime telephone number
2. The name of the disc (i.e. John's Disc 1)
3. The tracks you require, stating song title, artist and reference code (from the Pro-Burn list ONLY) - remember that we may not be able to fit all your tracks onto a single CD,
therefore compile your list in order of preference.
4. Payment details - We are unable to create a Pro-Burn disc until payment is received. Therefore please telephone us with your credit card details on Tel: 020-8569-1090 or if you are ordering by Fax then include your payment details.
PLEASE NOTE: we are unable to take Pro-Burn orders by telephone - we can only accept written, E-mailed or faxed orders - as mistakes can be made when orders are taken over the phone.
Unfortunately Once your order has been produced we are unable to issue refunds or credits for these discs unless they are faulty of course in which case we will re-burn your selection.
