Are you  trying to search or purchase on-line but get error messages?

Have you been browsing and then left your computer unattended (without any mouse clicking) for more than 10 minutes? If so our sever would have logged you out automatically to reduce bandwidth and allow more people to access our site. You will need to navigate to our home page to start your session again. If this isn't the case please continue to read the information below.

We have found that more recent versions of  Windows (especially XP) have a very high default internet security setting.

To communicate with your PC we use a cookie.

Cookies are tiny pieces of code that we use to help our server identify your PC.

This is especially important when using our secure checkout or when returning the correct search results.

With cookies disabled and/or internet security set too high you will find that you will get "MICROSOFT ODBC" or "PAGE NOT FOUND" error messages.

Please note:
Our cookies do not collect any data about you or your computer. Nor do they contain any form of usage tracking software or Spyware!

Please also note that if you do not configure your firewall to accept our site you stand the chance of not being able to purchase on-line or you may not receive order confirmations and the attached track listings.

Don't forget that we are happy to take orders by Fax, Email (don't give credit card details) or phone.

We are constantly developing and "tweaking" this site. If you encounter a problem with links not working or graphics not loading etc. it is always worth pressing the Refresh Button (Ctrl F5), or coming back a few minutes later - you may have just been trying to access an area or link that we were modifying live!

As you are navigating around our site have you encountered broken links - that stay broken?

Have you got any suggestions that you think would help the site run better?

What else would you like to see available on this site?

PLEASE LET US KNOW - THANK YOU
